Dynamic, Welcoming Yoga with Rachel Gay
for Adults, Children & Teens
For children aged 4 - 12 years we offer inclusive yoga-play sessions in and out of school time through specially designed games, stories and relaxation techniques, focused on self regulation and wellbeing. For teenagers our sessions aim to relax, balance, strengthen and build confidence through a mixture of fun, challenging poses and sequences. Classes are designed to compliment each group/individual dynamic and will often follow a theme.
We are proud to have worked with a diverse range of groups, clients and venues across the region including Holy Cow Yoga (Chesterfield), Fit Kids (Sheffield), Kidz@Work (Sheffield), Barlborough Hall School, Rowsley Primary School, Girl Guides/Brownies/Rainbows (Chesterfield), Clowne Infant & Nursery School, Child 1st Day Nursery (Bakewell) & Eyam Primary School.
We aim to make our sessions accessible, fun and dynamic. Rachel (Director at Wayyoga) combines a professional performance background - over 10 years working as an actress (represented by Jane Hollowood Ltd) and drama facilitator (Bigfoot Arts Education, Act One Drama Studios) - with accredited training in children's yoga (Jane Collins at Collins & Barth Yoga) certified by Yoga Alliance Professional. Rachel is a qualified teen yoga instructor (Charlotta Martinez, Teen Yoga Foundation) certified by Yoga Alliance Professional and has taught in schools and communities across the region since 2018.
Rachel is committed to the creation of Healthier Happier Futures. Her classes are friendly, calming, invigorating and fun. She is happy to hear from you and listen to any questions, queries or comments.
Whether it's online or in-person, I would love to help work with you on your practice.
